“I come from a lineage of wonderful cooks.”

A great grandmother who could turn a garden into the dishes her family could not live without. A grandmother who made buttermilk biscuits just so her grandchildren could enjoy the preserves they’d helped her put up. A mother whose annual cookie run carried baked goods to families near and dear, for no reason but to bless them.
